Mrs. Shrestha 26 years, resident of Sindhupulchowk with history of two spontaneous abortions and 1 IUFD at 8 months of gestation. She visited Star Hospital after the delivery of IUFD 1 year back. After thorough work-up and treatment, she conceived and then successfully delivered twin healthy babies under CS (Cesarean Section) yesterday. Both mother and twins in our NICU are in good health.
